Shahjahanpur: Muslim celebrated Eid al-adha in district
Muslims across the district celebrated Eid-al-Adha on Monday,
On the occasion, Muslim people offered namaz at Jama Masjid and others mosque in shahjahanpur. District Magistrate and superintendent of police also extended their greetings on the eve of Eid-al-Adha. Samajwadi party activist reached in jama masjid campus gave greetings and best wishes to the Muslims.
At the time Peshimam hujur Ahmad mansoori and president of jama masjid Rahat Ali Khan said the festival glorifies the spirit of sacrifice and everlasting faith in God and inspires people to remain united.
According to police best security arrangements were made by local police,here on Monday.
