A large-scale yoga session was conducted this morning on the Ganga Expressway airstrip near Peru village in Shahjahanpur, the same location where fighter jets had successfully landed during an emergency drill just over a month ago.
The yoga session began at 6:00 AM and witnessed the participation of over 500 individuals, including senior officials from the police and district administration. The event is part of the district’ week-long build-up to International Yoga Day, which will be celebrated on June 21 at the same location .
