Shahjahanpur-Complete Samadhan Divas Held
The Complete Solution Day held Under the leadership of Chief Development Officer and Acting District Magistrate Dr aparatita singh at tehsil kalan on Saturday.
On the occasion acting district magistrate instructed officials to address the complaints received with quality and in a timely manner.
Dr. Singh emphasized that Comprehensive Solution Day is an effective platform for addressing public grievances and urged officials to perform their duties with utmost seriousness.
On Comprehensive Solution Day, a total of 90 complaints and applications were received across various departments: 43 from the Revenue Department, 16 from the Police Department, 15 from the Development Department, 8 from Social Welfare, 3 from Food and Supply, and 1 each from the Electricity and Education Departments, along with 1 joint complaint from the Police and Revenue Departments. Of these, 2 complaints were resolved on the spot, and instructions were given for the quality and timely resolution of the remaining complaints.
At the time Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Meena, Chief Medical Officer Dr. RK Gautam, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kalan Mahesh Kumar Kaithal were present.
