Shahjahanpur । Tensions flared up between farmers and the police cops during the purchase of DAP fertiliser at khiriya Heer society at Tuesday.
The farmers alleged that the police cops resorted to a lathicharge,
Samajwadi party leader Lakhan pratap Singh reached on the spot ,inform the Superintendent of Police and demanding strict action against those responsible. He also demanded an inquiry into the incident.

Police cops denied the allegations, saying no misbehave took place.
