ADM started drive against illegal mining, Two JCB and Dumpers Seized At Shahjahanpur

Shahjahanpur । Additional District magistrate Arvind Kumar started a drive against illegal mining activities on Wednesday
Night . ADM seized two JCB machines and two dumpers engaged in illegal soil mining and transportation in Dhaka Udharnpur. Village.

Arto department and the police force were present.
On getting the information, of illegal mining Additional District Magistrate immediately reached the spot along with District Mining Officer Dinesh Arya, Chowki In-charge Vishesh Kumar and officials from the transport department. At the time team seized vehicles were brought to Nagaria Mod police outpost, where they were formally sealed. Legal action has been initiated under relevant provisions of the Mining Act and the Motor Vehicles Act.
On the occasion Additional District Magistrate Arvind kumar said that district administration start a big drive against the illegal mining in a district ,
two trucks * were seized in under RC Mission police area and seized a tractor-trolley involved in illegal soil mining. Taking advantage of the fog, the operator abandoned the trolley and fled the scene. The vehicle was later towed with the help of Nagaria police and brought to the outpost, where it was seized.

Officials said strict action would continue against those involved in illegal mining and transportation activities.
