ADM Hears Public Grievances at Tehsil Diwas, 3 resolved on the spot out of 30 complaints

Shahjahanpur: Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Rajneesh Mishra, along with SDM Kalan, heard public grievances during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas organised at Tehsil Kalan on Saturday.

People from various villages submitted complaints related to revenue matters, land disputes, ration distribution, electricity supply and other departmental issues. The ADM directed concerned officials to accord top priority to the complaints and ensure their prompt disposal.

He said that rural residents of the tehsil should not face any inconvenience and their grievances must be resolved in a time-bound manner. Instructing the SDM Kalan and other officials, he said that every complaint brought by villagers should be heard seriously and necessary action should be taken immediately.

The ADM also directed officials to expedite the disposal of pending cases and provide relief to the affected people. Out of the 30 grievances received during the Tehsil Diwas, three complaints were resolved on the spot, while the remaining cases were forwarded to the concerned departments for necessary action.

Officials from various departments were present during the programme and assured that appropriate steps would be taken for redressal of the grievances.
