D.P.Singh said that
the aim of the Special
Intensive Revision (SIR) pro-gramme is to prepare anerror-free and updated voter list.
The DEO received detailed
information from supervi-
sors and BLOs regarding the updated progress. In this and submission of forms, regard, he inquired about and raised awareness among availability of enumeration
the people.
DEO also
informed the people that this campaign is being conducted in accordance with the instructions of the ElectionCommission of India, with the aim of preparing an error-free
and updated voter list.
“In the process of filling
out SIR forms, BLOs are
going door-to-door to dis-
tribute enumeration forms
to voters. All voters can fill
out the enumeration forms
and submit them to BLOs.
The deadline for submitting
the forms is December 4”,
the DEO said urging the
public to submit their forms as soon as possible. DEO Dharmender Pratap Singh appealed to public
complete the received
enumeration forms and
make them available to BLOs.Voters should write the required information regard-ing their names on the forms and provide them to the
BLOs. There is no need to
attach any kind of document
in the said form.
If a voter does not com-
plete their enumeration
form and provide it to the
BLO, their name will not
appear in the draft electoral rolls to be published on
December 9.
