Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Rajneesh Mishra conducted a inspection
development projects under implementation by the Municipal Council of Puwayan on Saturday afternoon.

At the time ADM reviewed progress under schemes like Nagaroday, Vandan Yojana, MRF Center, and Kanha Gaushala.
On the occasion, ADM found several incomplete works and issued strict instructions to the concerned officials.
At the Composite School, the ADM reviewed the ongoing rejuvenation works under the Nagaroday scheme. While tiling, ramp construction, pathways, and a specially-abled toilet were found completed, tiling in two classrooms remained pending. The approach road to the school was in poor condition, prompting the ADM to direct the Executive Officer to initiate road construction immediately.

Under the Vandan Yojana, the ADM visited the project site near Kalamath Shiv Temple. Although construction work had commenced, progress was slow. He instructed the Executive Officer to expedite the work and promptly submit the utilization certificate.

At the Municipal MRF Center, the waste sorting machine was found non-functional, with manual sorting being carried out instead. Mixed waste was observed in some areas. The approach road, made of stone blocks, was causing operational issues for garbage vehicles. The ADM ordered the immediate construction of a CC road. Additionally, the FSTP (Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant) was also found non-operational. The ADM directed the Assistant Engineer of the Jal Nigam to ensure reconstruction and proper sludge disposal as per the estimate, emphasizing that further delay in the three-year-pending project would not be tolerated.

At the Kanha Gaushala, around 250 cows were present. The ADM noted the absence of a tin shed over the water tank and poor sanitation conditions. He instructed for regular cleaning and installation of the shed. He also suggested initiating work on a proposed Nandishala on adjacent vacant land, for which the estimate is under preparation following the District Magistrate’s directive.
