Shahjahanpur । District Magistrate Dharmendra Pratap Singh chaired a meeting at the camp office to review preparation for the Prime Minister’s proposed visit to Mallawan in Hardoi on April 29.

of the meeting to ensuring participation of beneficiaries from the district. The DM reviewed the number of beneficiaries under various government schemes and asked officials to complete all arrangements on time so that people do not face any inconvenience.

He directed officials to make proper transport and security arrangements for those attending the programme. Buses have been instructed to leave at 5:30 am on April 29. He said that the safety and convenience of beneficiaries should be given top priority.

At the time Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Rajneesh Kumar Mishra, Chief Medical Officer Dr Vivek Kumar Mishra, City Magistrate Pravendra Kumar, SP City Devendra Kumar, Project Director Avdhesh Ram and District Development Officer Rishi Pal Singh were present.
