Authority Cracks Down on Illegal Plotting, Demolishes Constructions Over 3,500 Sq Metres

Shahjahanpur । The Development Authority ( SDA shahjahanpur ) took strict action against illegal construction and unauthorised plotting in the city area .
On the occasion SDA team were demolished structures spread over nearly 3,500 square metres on Thursday.

The drive was carried out under the leadership of Authority Secretary Ajay Kumar Tripathi.
He said A big drive launched against illegal plotting was being developed under the name “Vrindavan City”.
He said land mafias often mislead people by offering plots at low prices and making false promises. After selling the plots, they fail to provide basic facilities such as drainage, electricity, and sewage systems, causing serious problems for buyers.

The Authority said that while it is working for planned urban development, such illegal activities are creating hurdles in the city’s growth.
The Secretary appealed to the public , not invest our money in plot without proper verification. He advised people to check all details with the Authority office before purchasing land to ensure their savings remain safe.
