Shahjahanpur — The month-long Traffic Awareness Campaign concluded at the Police Lines, where District Magistrate *Dharmendra Pratap Singh* and Superintendent of Police *Rajesh Dwivedi* honoured schools, social organisations and police personnel for their work in promoting road safety.
On the occasion, some schools and NGOs were received certificates.

along with SHOs from Kotwali, Sadar Bazar, Ram Chandra Mission, Powayan, Sindhauli* and *Gadhiya Rangeen* police stations, were recognised for their performance.
Addressing the gathering, the District Magistrate said many people still ignore traffic rules, risking their lives. He stressed the need for helmets, seat belts and regular traffic education in schools, adding that families must help instil safe habits.He urged teachers to impart weekly civic lessons, noting that public cooperation is essential for building a better and safer city. The campaign highlighted wide community participation and reinforced Shahjahanpur’s commitment to road safety.
