He said that only in America 3.50 crore people are yoga worshipers and many big celebrities, the founder of Google and others are involved. Yoga has physical and mental benefits. In the modern era, yoga has made a huge contribution to the field of exercise stress management. He said that he should introduce yoga into his life. Yoga is not only necessary for physical health, but also for mental peace and overall well-being. From yoga, we can achieve balance and prosperity in life. He inspired those present to practice yoga daily and asked them to include it in their routine.
