May Day meaningfully celebrated at PM Shri Composite School Powayan on Friday
On the occasion of Labour Day, students and staff expressed their deep appreciation for the invaluable contributions of workers who support everyday life. The celebration carried a thoughtful message—encouraging everyone to “make a flower of ‘thank you’ bloom every day.” From the simple blessings of morning breath and a home-cooked breakfast to rainwater, sunlight, elders’ stories, and services provided by local workers, students were reminded of the importance of gratitude in daily life.
As part of the programme, students prepared and presented handmade cards as tokens of appreciation to various community helpers associated with the school. The gesture aimed to instill values of respect, sharing, and thankfulness among young learners.
The event concluded with a renewed commitment to recognize and honour the dignity of labour, fostering a spirit of gratitude in the hearts of students.
At the time school teachers and students were present.
