Out of 175 complaints were resolved on the spot during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas held at the tahsil puwayan on Saturday.
District Magistrate Dharmendra Pratap Singh heard public grievances during the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas
and directed official
concerned to ensure disposal of all complaints received during the
Day. On the occasion Magistrate ordered action against Kanungo Adarsh for lapses in land measurement work. He also directed suspension proceedings against Executive Engineer (Electricity) Punit Nigam for remaining absent from the programme.
The District Magistrate instructed officials of the Revenue, Electricity and Supply departments to compile all complaints received during the day and ensure their satisfactory disposal on
Two days.
At the time distt released strict direction against Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar, he said complaints received through Janata Darshan, Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas and other public grievance forums must be resolved effectively through the concerned revenue officials.
A total of 175 complaints were received six were resolved on the spot
106 complaints related to revenue matters, 19 to electricity, 14 to police, 22 to development works and 14 pertaining to other departments on the day.
District Magistrate emphasised that field verification is essential for proper grievance redressal and directed officials to visit complaint sites and take photographs.
On the occasion DM
said complaints should be disposed of within the stipulated timeframe.
At the time Superintendent of Police Saurabh Dixit, Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) Arvind Kumar, Divisional Forest Officer Sachin Kumar, Chief Medical Officer Dr Vivek Kumar Mishra, District Development Officer Rishipal Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Puwayan) Sadanand Saroj were present.
