Shahjahanpur । The Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Arvind singh hearing to public complaints on the Tehsil Samadhan Diwas At tahsil kalan On Saturday.
According to additional District magistrate 31
Pubic complaints were received and 3 have been
resolved, remaining 28 complaints are with the departments concerned for further action he added.
As per the instructions of ADM , officials from all departments remain present during the Samadhan day so that the grievances can be resolved at the earliest.
He said that clear instructions have been given to the officers concerned to solve the problems of the public and that they have also been told that they will be held accountable if the problems of the people are not solved early.
