Shahjahanpur। ADM ( finance, and revenue) Arvind Kumar conducted a surprise visit of flood affected villages at Kalan on Saturday.
During the inspection ADM checked
flood-affected villages in the Pailani North region, including Islamnagar, Azadnagar, and Masjid Nagla, by boat and tractor. These areas have been severely impacted by rising water levels of the Ganga River.
On the occasion ADM instructed the Chief Medical Officer to set up medical camps, ensure the availability of essential medicines, and guarantee the presence of doctors to treat flood-related illnesses.
At the time , Adm Arvind Kumar, talk to the Pioneer, he said, Ganga River at Kalan is currently at a dangerous level of 143.650 meters and is expected to rise further in the coming days. Residents are urged to relocate to designated flood shelters, where the district administration will ensure proper arrangements for food and accommodatio
