Shahjahanpur – A Case has been registered against the Samajwadi party MLC Rinku Yadav based on the complaint of a deputy
inspector Rajesh posted in Sadar bazar.
He alleged the MLC post a rude comment about counting was posted on a social media account. , it was written, “Do not do any dishonesty, blood will flow.” The official is famous for dishonesty.
According to police former SP MLC Amit Yadav is inciting the public to disturb the peace in violation of Model Code of Conduct and Article 144.
The police saved a screenshot of the social media account and filed a case against MLC Amit Yadav Under section 171(G), 188, 506, 504,
When the reporter try to MLC side in this regard, his phone was switched off..
