Raksha Bandhan Celebrated at Shahjahanpur Jail

Shahjahanpur The festival of Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with great warmth and emotional fervor at Shahjahanpur Jail.
sisters could be seen outside the prison, eagerly waiting to meet their brothers behind bars.
The jail administration ensured smooth and organized entry, allowing groups , near about 700 sisters had tied rakhis on their brothers’ wrists, offering prayers for their well-being and early release.
Special arrangement in the jail .
Jail Officers, staff, and security personnel were stationed both inside and outside the premises to manage security arrangement. At the time Jail Superintendent Mizajilal said that all sisters would be allowed to meet their brothers as long as they continued to arrive. “No sister will return disappointed,” he assured. For inmates whose sisters could not visit, members of the Brahma Kumaris organization stepped in to tie rakhis, ensuring no one felt left out on the special day.
