Shahjahanpur: । The centenary celebration of the historic Kakori Train Action event in India’s freedom struggle program was held in Shahjahanpur district.

On the occasion chief guest of the program, Bjp MLA Chetram floral tributes to the martyrs – Pandit Ram Prasad Bismil, Thakur Roshan Singh, and Ashfaqulla Khan.
At the time Patriotic songs and tunes of the national anthem were performed at martyr sites. Bands from the police, home guards, scout-guide units, NCC, and college students played nationalistic music. Students also took part in cultural programs highlighting the valiant stories of the Kakori martyrs.
District Magistrate distribute certificates to students who excelled in the competitions, acknowledging their participation and enthusiasm.
